Cuban Refugee Crisis in Colombia
In late 2016 wave after wave of self-exiled displaced Cubans arrived to different point of South America. Slowly they would trickle northward along a new migrant route starting in Havana, crossing the Caribbean, pushing through the perilous Darien Gap and into Mexico to the US-Mex Border.
